  2. Some people mix wheat flour with rice flour, but traditionally chausela is made only with rice flour.
  3. Heat water and knead a slightly stiff dough by adding lukewarm water little by little. Apply a little oil on it and keep it covered for 10 minutes.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan. Break the dough into pieces. Now roll it with light hands. You have to fry it on medium to high flame.
  5. When it turns light brown, fry it from both sides.
